System’s Twilight for Mac is a game which encompasses a mixture of story and puzzle, putting together different genres of logical and word puzzles which includes modification of Set, Black Box Sokoban and many more. The game is an abstract fairytale mixture of graphical puzzle and interactive imagination. The story is made up of numerous parts, some of which can be predictable. System’s Twilight is, firstly and mostly a puzzle game. But not in the other normal way of gaming instead, it involves your reasoning while taking note and not quitting until you achieve your aim which is to succeed.
Opening System’s Twilight for Mac for the first time, you would be forgiven for thinking the game wasn’t genuine or probably a sequel of Cliff Johnson’s classic puzzle games due to the 3 in three and the Fool’s Errand. Rest assured, the story and all the puzzling are genuine. In addition to these, the interface is a welcome development permitting a complete control over character’s mobility and the capacity of amassing objects alongside.
The program is freeware. It was known to be shareware, but by the early 20s, it became completely free, the game doesn’t ask for registration code anymore.
The game is compatible with system 6.0.7 or system 7, 8 or 9 and with any 68k Macintosh or PowerPc. Unfortunately, the game doesn’t work on modern Mac OS X. it will however work on an older PPC Mac under Classic emulation. You can get hold of the program on all the better Macintosh software archives.
In conclusion, if an incompatibility with the font Smoothing option in your Mac OS 8.6 or most of the display texts are distorted and incomprehensible, try turning the option off.
